A hazy Double IPA collab with our friends at Calusa. We used thiolized yeast and all Amarillo hops in the kettle and dry hop.
Tasting Notes:
The blend of Amarillo pellet and Lupomax Amarillo brought out pine resin, sweet orange, grapefruit zest and ripe peach on the nose, and the flavor is juicy papaya, sweet floral jasmine, and finishes very sticky dank.
