Full-bodied, ruby red in color, balanced out by 100 IBU Hop Payload. Biscuity up-front, smoothed out with flavors of raisin and toffee, followed by pine and herbal notes finish off the tasting with a welcomed bitterness, notes of sweet caramel & a hint of booze.
