We have been enjoying the distinctive velvet nougat-like flavor and mouthfeel honey has imparted in some of our recent stouts. For our latest creation, we boiled up a stout with a touch more chocolate malts for a dark cocoa truffle base before adding hazelnuts, honey, and Madagascar vanilla. Honey Hazelnut Crisps pours pitch black with a mocha head.
