Flamboyance was made using the ancestral "Petillant Naturel" technique. These Valdiguié grapes were hand picked from a small family vineyard located in the Green Valley AVA of Suisun Valley. The grapes were picked into a single bin and gently pressed by foot, the juice was left to ferment on it’s own with wild and native yeast. Fermentation lasted 90 days and finished in each individual bottle. The result is a unique light, bright and natural slightly sparkling red wine. This Valdiguié is the perfect compliment to summer vibes and tropical poolside sipping.
